ETSI TS 103 285 V1.1.1 (2015), MPEG-DASH Profile for Transport of ISO BMFF Based DVB Services over IP Based Networks, specifies among others a profile for a transport mechnism for ISO BMFF Based DVB Services over IP, which is an element of the decrypting file and stream based content function in draft new J.1012. Thus ETSI TS 103 285 V1.1.1 (2015) is a normative reference for draft new J.1012 (ex-part3).
